Mask of Fear (2013)

Sydney works on her forensic psychology thesis based on a miscarriage of justice. Three people imprisoned for torturing victims in a cellar. They’re released but the murders start anew. This time someone in a clown mask has begun a massacre and Sydney is the endgame.
